FTS undertakes a lot of activities to serve our clients. Though our major activity is HVAC maintenance and installation we also take responsibility of General Maintenance. This is to ensure the comfort of our clients in the overall aspects. The complete satisfaction of our clients is our concern. With all responsibility we do the general maintenance activities like Gypsum and Painting Works, Electrical and Plumbing works etc.


Another major activity we do is Water Proofing. Many parts in the building are desired to be water resistant or sometimes waterproof. The structural integrity of the building is protected by water proofing. Other general maintenance works we undertake are Supply and Fixing of Marble, Granite and Tiles etc. We also take Joinery Works, Supply and Fixing of Wooden Floorings and other such maintenance works. The building is to be perfect in all aspects. Timely maintenance must be done whenever required. A delay in that would affect the life of each building parts.
